Nexus cant download mods offline

The mods won't download when i use NMM (Nexus Mod Manager). This is the first time i am having an issue with downloading mods from bltadwin.ru Can you guys try to see if it's letting you download any mods, so I can figure out if it's the site, or if it's from my end.
